Working as Business Development Director, BRICS ESG Funds to serve Green Mission & ESG Policies & Planning.

Working for Global Go-Green Mission project, to inspire, educate, and empower young minds for global peace and protect environment for next generations through Art & Nature Camps.

Professionally trained to work with the Indian Government & Ministries program on various issues such as welfare of Women, Children, Youth and Rural sector. Also Environment, Micro Finance & Micro Entrepreneur, Forward & Backward Linkages, Craft development, marketing and finance solutions.

Worked officially with 'The World Bank for socioeconomic development programs in India and Sri Lanka.

As International Election Observer visited 6 countries (Russian Federation Presidential Elections -2018 & 2024, Parliamentary Election 2021, Referendum at Donbas 2022), Zimbabwe, Republic of Madagascar, D.R. Congo, South Africa, and Mozambique.

Worked with many organizations such as UN Development Programs, Diplomatic Missions, Russian Embassy in India, All India Women Conference, Khadi Institutions and government & non-government departments & public forums.

Invited as speaker and expert in various international forums & conferences abroad (China, Russian Federation, South Africa, Qatar, Dubai - UAE, Nepal, and African & Asian countries).

Participated as Key Speaker at St. Petersburg (SPIEF), Vladivostok, Yalta, Kazan, Khanty-Mansiysk, Novosibirsk, Kaliningrad International Economic Forums, BRICS Summit China & South Africa.

Coordinating with international media and having strong media coverage in Russia & Middle East. Invited many times as a panelist on Russia Today, Sputnik, Russia Channel One and many regional channels.

The Decree of the President of the Russian Federation Mr. Vladimir Putin honored Mrs. Purnima Anand as 'Friends of Russia and awarded the Russian state award, the "Pushkin Medal" on the National Day of Russia, 12th June 2013. presented by the then Ambassador of Russian Federation to India, Late H.E. Mr. Alexander Kadakin, for her remarkable contribution to the rapprochement and mutual enrichment of Russian and Indian Culture and her tireless long standing efforts to strengthen the worthy cause of Russian- Indian cooperation and development of a friendly dialogue between Russian and Indian people.

Mr. Nikolay R. Kudashev, for her remarkable contribution for the mutual enrichment of Russian and Indian Culture during XIX World Student & Youth Forum, Sochi. Received "Ambassador for Peace" award from 'Universal Peace Foundation' at Russian Duma, Moscow for her contribution to the society to promote universal moral values, strong family life, interreligious cooperation, international harmony. renewal of the United Nation SDG goals, a responsible public media and the establishment of a culture of peace.
